Il sera suivi d’un dîner de gala, sur inscription complémentaire, dans le restaurant Corneille, primé au Gault et Millau.

During the BAET Conference in Genk from 06-07 May, 2022, a poster session will be organized on Friday the 05th May. Both research and clinical posters will be accepted.

The best poster in each category will be awarded with 500 euros.

Applicants are requested to send their submission by e­‐mail to endodontie@skynet.be before the 1st February 2022.

Research posters

Scientific posters require submission of an abstract.

The abstract must be written in English (the official language of the poster session). It should mention the title of the poster and must be structured according to the following format: aim, methodology, results and conclusion. The abstract should not contain figures, tables, photos or illustrations.

Clinical posters

For clinical posters, a written case presentation in English together with all relevant images must be submitted (either in WORD or PDF format).

Submissions for clinical posters must contain:

• Title
• Text, organized in the following way :
  • For case report or case series: introduction, case presentation, discussion, conclusion & clinical relevance.
  • For clinical description/evaluation of a technique/material: introduction, methodology, discussion, conclusion & clinical relevance.

Poster acceptance

Submissions will be evaluated blindly and either be: accepted, accepted subject to minor revision, accepted subject to major revision, or rejected. Decisions on acceptance will be communicated by 1st March 2022 by e­‐mail.

Poster presentation

Posters must be

• written in English.
• printed in portrait orientation with dimensions of  84 cm width and 118 cm height.
• neat, legible and creatively designed and clearly visible from several feet away.

The accepted posters will be on display on Friday the 6th of May from 8AM until 6PM.  A moderated poster session will be held during lunch time. Therefore, the presenting author must be present from 1PM until 2PM to present their work and answer questions.

Poster presenters will not receive discount on the congress registration.
